User
terms and conditions
After
purchasing a XML Flash menu template from Clix-FX, the purchaser
will be granted a single end user license which allows the production
of a single website using the template.
The website that is produced
from the template is considered to be:
1. hosted online at a single unique URL and/or
2. used as a desktop presentation from a single personal computer, or
accessible by a local area network from the same personal computer.
Any
use of a template for
any other purpose than set out in this agreement without prior written
agreement from Triple W Communications will be considered a breach of
these user terms and conditions.
Clix-FX retains the right to take lawful actions to
settle any license breach, in order to protect its interests and the
interests of its license holders.
The
following uses and purposes are considered a breach of these terms and
conditions.
Breaches of the terms and conditions include but are not limited
by:
1.
Offering the physical use, freely or under a commercial arrangement,
of any of the templates to any other person or organization.
2. Distribution by any medium or in any form of any of the templates.
3. Distribution of
copies of any of the templates, or electronic transfer of any of the
templates from one computer to another or over a network.

4. Decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or otherwise reduction
of any of the template to a human-perceivable form.
Renting, leasing or sublicensing any of the templates.
6. Modification of any of the templates or creation of derivative works
based upon any of the templates.
Web
developers terms & conditions
Purchase
of any of the templates authorises
a web developers (the purchaser) to build a single website from the
template or
template kit for
an assigned end user (the third party purchaser). For each assigned
end user who requests a website produced from a template web developers are required to purchase one copy of that templateor
template kit.
Ownership
The foregoing license gives you limited rights to use the templates.
Although you own the media on which the template is recorded, you do
not become the owner of the template itself. All rights not specifically
granted in this Agreement, including Federal and International Copyrights,
are reserved by Triple W Communications.
Disclaimer
These
templates are provided 'as is'. The purchaser has had the opportunity
to try out the template on our website, and once the purchase is made,
the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the template lies
with the Purchaser.
Trademarks
All trademarks are acknowledged as the property
of their respective owners. If you have any problems with any of our

Unregistered version of the Flash XML Menus can be used Free of charge,
however the created Flash websites will contain a small watermark with
a link to our website.
You
can buy one Flash Menu for just US$29.95.
You
can easily personalise each menu by selcting a color scheme that fits
your webiste best, your own web menu can look different then ours. |
